  • Horrible experience ever. They gave me a price over the phone. When the guy arrived at my home he said it was going to be an extra charge for every closet and hallway. When I asked why I wasn't told this over the phone the guy said i should have asked. After hearing that I decided to cancel the guy said I would still have to pay a fee. Then I spoke to his boss over the phone the boss said that if I didn't pay the fee he was going to charge me now 90 dollars and bill me for it. He was very rude, just a horrible person. After the guy left I called the company, the receptionist answer the phone. I told her what had happened and I asked her why I wasn't told about the extra charges over the phone. She said it would take too long. Wow!! To long to say by the way there is an additional charge for closets and hallways. So simple. I would just say it's common courtesy to not mislead people when it comes to prices. I would not have mind paying for it I just hate when people try to mislead you and trick you like that it's better to know beforehand so there's no misunderstanding. This company is a rude rude rude and not someone I would ever want in my home that's all I can say.
