  • I recently got an out of state job transfer and thus had to move out of this awesome community after completing a one year lease. Yes, the rent was high for Las Vegas, but they certainly delivered. The townhouse was very comfortable, well-designed, and looked great. Also, after living in Southern Highlands itself, I definitely could not see myself living anywhere else in Vegas. The roads are quiet, well kept, had private security, basically all the perks of living in an HOA without the HOA. The ladies in the office were always incredibly nice to us as well. At the end of the year, we expected them to want to jack the rent up, as these types of places usually do, but they didn't. They only raised it $25/month. Overall, ,great place, great people, great neighborhood. Would recommend it to anyone.
