  • A knee and a hip replacement within a year, I think qualifies me to write this. Dr Bruns and Dr McGrath were the surgeons. 1. No insurance problems. Everything filed correctly. 2. Appointments ran on time. 3. Front office staff not overly friendly, but did their job. 4. Back office staff friendly, did their job well. 5. Dr Bruns great guy wonderful manner 6. Dr McGrath new to the practice, little bedside manner. Good aftercare. The main problem with the Bell office is lack of communication. Medical assistants to doctors. Front desk to everyone......not passing on info and messages. Also the office on Bell is very old and gives the impression of not being clean. Very dusty waiting room. No negativity regarding the surgeries, both drs did a great job. The preceding review written by my son, is his opinion only (Rockstar M). For the main part I disagree with his opinion.
