  • Ok so just like everybody else I was scared to death to let someone work on my eyes. But the time had come, I have had very poor vision since I was a kid. I went to three of the better known Lasik centers in the Vegas area and all three suggested the same procedure. Out of the three Lasik of Nevada was middle of the road priced but juat as professional as the most expensive one and way more professional than the cheapest one. On the day of the procedure Dr. Rothman and his staff were outstanding. They explained everything again and again and in detail. I was nervous but sure I was choosing the right Doctor to trust my vision to. Dr. Rothman talked me through the entire procedure step by step as he did them. That was very reassuring and it was over in a snap. Afterward just was just a small amount of discomfort (normal). I fell asleep and about 6 or 7 hours later woke up and had no discomfort at all. My vision was a little cloudy but almost 20/20 through that cloud. 24 hours after the cloud was almost completly gone and now a couple of weeks after my vision is better than 20/20. Im so happy I did it.
