  • Was in Vegas for a weekend trip. It was just my luck that my new iPhone 7 would not get service anywhere. I tried everything but could not get it to work. I wasn't looking forward to walking into an Apple Store without an appointment, but I did. To my surprise, the apple staff were friendly and addressed my issue right away. Got my phone replaced and ended up walking out with 2 iWatches. I highly recommend the Apple Store at the forum shops. Very friendly staff and quick service.
