  • Don't get sucked in with their "we guarantee approval" regardless of credit.. They stated in their financing that to get approved, guatanteed all you have to do is own your home and have a job. I own my home, but rent the lot it sits on, so they can't finance the havoc system. When I pointed out that it doesn't state that I have to own the land , they agreed, but still could t finance it on the rent to own program. I was told that I should consider a more expensive 3.5 ton unit vs the 3.0 ton that was previously installed. I stated that the 3.0 would be fine. Then when we discussed financing and that I wanted to do the rent to own and then told I couldn't cuz I lease land. Basically, come up with money or better credit score and pay that way or go without. Oh and have a nice day. Not likely when house is 90* with a portable AC unit and 4 fans. Will not use them once I van buy a system. I'll definitely choose a different company!
