  • As always, Greulich's on S 48th Street came to my rescue. My car wouldn't start on Sunday and AAA told me it was an alternator problem and towed me to my home. Monday morning I had them tow my car to Greulich's and it was not the alternator at all, which would have cost hundreds of dollars, but just the battery itself, which they replaced and pro-rated according to the warranty. Brett took care of the problem quickly and I am always amazed by their customer service. I would, and have recommended them to my neighbors.
