  • Worst experience ever. I had an appointment but ended up waiting over 45 minutes. Then, while the manicurist was grooming my nails, he cut into the side of my finger with the clippers and the nail isn't growing back the same. There was blood, and when I pointed it out, he tried cutting the nail even more!! I was happy with how the gel manicure turned out, but 70% of the polish had peeled off within 2 days. When I went back to show them, I asked if I could try the SNS Instead because clearly they are using a knockoff gel brand (not gelish or any other name brand). They told me that I would have to pay $10 extra for SNS even after this awful experience with their "gel" polish. This place is a waste of time. Don't come here!!!
