rev:text	Beware if you move here. Maintenance is a joke. They put you off over and over again on making repairs. I've actually had to make repairs myself on the kitchen plumbing after waiting more than 2 weeks for maintenance. We put in a work order over a year ago for wheels on the dishwasher. Haven't had anyone come by yet to replace them. My husband took some off a dishwasher that was by the trash. Toilet tank wasn't filling with water. Called in work order. 3 days later, after having to use a pitcher to physically fill the tank, they finally sent someone to fix it after I called and told them that not having a working toilet was in violation of health code. Went to office to place work orders (kitchen light not working, smoke alarm going off whenever you take a shower, etc) and was promised things would be fixed. Well after more than a week and nothing had been done. Called again to see why there was a delay and was told they didn't have any work orders. Neighbor upstairs constantly dumps filthy water on my patio getting all over my chairs and dog. Not to mention the loud music 24/7 and people working on vehicles, constantly revving their loud motors. I get that if you have a flat tire and need to change it but to have your car or motorcycle in parts all over the parking lot for months is a bit much. Have seen a couple of people change the oil on their vehicles and proceed to pour it in the trash or drain it on the parking lot. Countless times I have seen people let their dogs poop right in front of my apartment and just walk away. Oh hell no. I tell them to come clean it up and have even given them bags to use. A/C goes out almost as much as the water is off, which is almost weekly. Their idea of repairs is scotch tape and elmers glue.
