  • Yesterday our freezer and refrigerator stopped cooling. A week before thanksgiving.. not good. I called sears(why do I call sears? They suck I know that already) and they said they could get here Saturday. I went to yelp and found reviews for Appliance Works. They were all very good. So I called and left a message and asked them to call me, hoping I'd be able to get someone out same day... I got a call around 7:30 from a woman with a lovely South African accent. She scheduled me for between 3 and 5. Rowan came and performed the service call. He was smart and very honest. In a little more than an hour and $185 later my issues were fixed. Why would you call anyone else? Thank You Rowan and Appliance Works. Thank you fellow Yelpers for leading me to the company. Excellent experience
