This place has amazing potential if the barista would stop his full volume monologue on Harper and the downfall of society. It's never ending. Don't get me wrong, I'm not opposed to his politics, I just didn't realize the barista position was a soap box. I mean it went on for like 40 minutes. Completely interfering with my otherwise lovely seat at the window and great coffee.
Clearly talking to his friend is more important than making the place welcoming to customers.
The coffee is great (and very reasonably priced), the ambiance very good too. The seats need an upgrade eventually I hope. The window seat is lovely but it does overheat on the midday sun quite quickly. As there is no other seating really, maybe a blind would be nice.
I get the feeling this place will be a real star of the Junction, but it needs to grow into it a bit.
