  • Very UNPROFESSIONAL and a TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCE!! DO NOT GO HERE!! I brought my dog there around 11am on a Saturday. I received a call around 3pm and was told that she wouldn't be ready till 3:45, which initially I thought would be ok, but realized I had to be somewhere at 4pm. I called them back and asked if I could come at 3:30, they said "no problem." Got there at 3:30 and she wasn't ready, so I waited till 3:45 anyway, but didn't complain about it. I left and gave them $40, which included a tip. The first of my complaints started as soon as I left the groomer. When we got into the car, my dog shook herself off and little hairs went flying everywhere in my car and on myself. They obviously did not blow off all the little hairs they shaved off. When I got home, I saw that my dog was uneven in her chest area, so I called the store. I was not calling in a confrontational way, I was calling to ask that I bring her back (another day) to get fixed. I got as far as, "I noticed that her hair is uneven. That's when the owner started screaming at me, saying, "You just said that you were in a hurry, you're FUCKING CRAZY.. YOU RUSHED THE GROOMER, DON'T EVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN," then hung up on me. Wow, I couldn't believe he just acted as unprofessional as he did, but that's not where it ended. He called me back, after hanging up on me, 5 min later, to say... "YOU'RE A FUCKING CRAZY, NEUROTIC, FAT BITCH" then hung up on me AGAIN!! WOW!! They guy lost his mind, he was hysterical. I highly recommend reading the other bad reviews and judging for yourself how professional this guy is, apparently I'm not the only one he has cursed out.
