Management contacted me last week to ask me when I would be coming in for my complimentary pedicure (in connection with my previous experience). I had forgotten that I had this, and I really appreciated that they had remembered, and even reached out to me to schedule the appointment.
I went back last Wednesday for the complimentary pedicure with Rita (management). She took her time with every aspect of the pedicure and I could tell she really cared about the outcome. She even noted to me that one of my nails was slightly bent and to be careful going forward with it (so that it wouldn't chip off). The overall experience was relaxing, and very enjoyable.
