  • this is a positive review, i parked at cambridge suites 15 richmond street east toronto underground as a guest, the layout is confusing, which caused me to misplace my car, as I parked beside a pay terminal which is a mirror image of another pay terminal which is no parking 24 hours (no parking anytime). When I went to get my car, I mistakenly thought I parked in a tow away zone + tried to located where it was towed. Impark had no record of towing my car. Once I was able to contact the senior parking manager Jega, he agree to meet me in 10 minutes to investigate the situation. With his help we did locate my car where I had parked it, which was my confusion on its location. I really appreciate the hotel staff (Frank + front desk) + Jega for their urgency to offer their help. Thank you
