  • What to say? When a company has a monopoly over service their is really no incentive to provide best quality. These angry drivers (at least ours anyway) they send around to collect the recycling or garbage could not be bothered to go the least bit out of their way. If its not in the tiny bin they provide these jabronis dont think twice about leaving it. They are in love with this robotic arm contraption unfortunately if the tiny bin is too full the items which are stuck in the bottom may not come out and these guys don't bother to check. Really it is a half assed approach to service.
