  • Liked the punctual time and our mover moving of most of our stuff. However, one of the movers scheduled was a no show, so my friend and I helped with all of the moving work (from moving boxes out of the basement and up some stairs into our new house) to get the job done within four hours to not pay over time. The mattresses got very dirty because of the moving truck despite us helping move them "so they didn't get dirty" outside. We shouldn't have been expected to help since we paid for the service, but our assistance was never brought to attention.
