  • I came to Pep Boys needing a lug nut and bolt replaced because they were defective, as soon as i came in, I was greeted by Devin, the tech and he showed me in to meet Nick, the manager. After telling them what I needed, they said that the issue could be fixed but they didn't have the part, but started working on a solution instead of asking me to come back a different day. We were able to locate a part, the issue was fixed, and my out of pocket expense was 1/3 of what was quoted because it turned out the work/ Labor was less than initially thought. I was extremely happy with their customer service and honesty. Thanks again Nick and Devin.
