I was looking online for Jetta TDI and found one at Three Rivers VW. I sent an email to see the car was still available on Tuesday morning at 9:54 am. Within minutes I received a call back from Chiara letting me know the car was still for sale. I went to Three Rivers Web site and applied for their financing. This was around 10:15 AM. After 4 hours of not hearing back from Three Rivers I emailed them and they said they received my app....thinking to myself thanks for calling me back. I was asked if I would be going to the dealership to pick up the car. I explained to them I would fly into Pittsburgh to pick up the car and drive home to AZ. I had already checked into flights and was waiting on Three Rivers to book the flight. I never heard back from Three Rivers VW. Being in customer service myself I don't make customers chase or bug me to get service and I don't shop at places like Three Rivers VW that makes me bug them to buy a car. Never heard back from them.
