| - I've been to Tofu Hut before but this was my first time as a Yelper (I'm not sure if that's a word but I just made it one). Anyways, the wait wasn't too long. You do have to sign in for all you can eat BBQ.
Once seated, the table came with little dishes of kimchee, bean sprouts, and other things I'm not sure of but we're delicious. They also provide you with steamed rice, salad, and water right away. We ordered the chicken breast, rib eye, short rib, and brisket. Of all four, I enjoyed the chicken breast. It's a bit spicy but deliciously seasoned. The rib eye was the runner-up for me.
I was a little disappointed in their brisket this time. Usually that's all I eat when I go there but this time it tasted different. It didn't really have seasoning or maybe it was the grill making it so bland. They may have changed their recipe or gotten this brisket from a different kind of cow or something because this is not the brisket I remember.
Despite the failed brisket, it was good. I do recommend wearing clothes you don't care about when going because when you walk out of there, you'll be smelling like a walking Tofu Hut. I also recommend going to this place in winter since the grills give off so much heat and will keep you warm during your dinner lol.
Will I come back? Probably. Will I have the brisket? Probably not.
