  • This is the 2nd time that we used Freddy and we were NOT disappointed. We live in a condo on the 2nd story and the downstairs neighbors rang our bell to tell us that water is pouring into their unit. The culprit? The hot water heater! Since our 1st experience with Freddy was so great a year ago I immediately called him and he was able to come out the same day and install a new water heater. Of course there were more problems that came along with it BUT Freddy doesn't do anything half assed and fixed all the 'other' things that needed to be done. In the end he does GREAT work and is very meticulous and I know that job was done right.
