  • Unfortunately, it has become more and more difficult to have my dogs seen here and I am wondering why I am paying $100 a month for their so-called Wellness Plans, when I can barely get them in to be seen or treated for anything!! The vets we get assigned to never seem to be in the office or available for some other reason(s) and in the interim my dogs suffer with ne medical care. The most recent issue is trying to get tick preventative. Our Aussie needs something to ward off those nasty buggers and even though Banfield is currently treating him for skin allergies too, they suggested their topical treatment to use. When I suggested it might make more sense for him to take something orally I was told sorry, your vet is on vacation and can't help you until she returns July 1st...or you can see another vet, but our first appointment is also July 1st. Thanks for nothing Banfield. God forbid you guys actually HELP animals and pet owners. I hope in the meantime my 10 year old boy doesn't catch tick fever or worse, lyme disease, while we wait patiently for your vets to make time to see him.
