  • Bunch of employees who seem like they hate their jobs. I wanted to sell my Xbox 360 to them and they wouldn't take it because I didn't have the controller that came with it......I sold that controller to them 3 days prior and offered to show he receipt.....shook his head and wouldn't accept it. Told me I could but the controller back and then sell it. They gave me $3 credit for the controller and told me I could buy it for $25. Are you kidding me. I went 2 times to this place and they're a bunch of rude nerds. I just wanted to trade it in to REINVEST IN ANOTHER GAME. So impolite and unhelpful. Seriously , don't work a customer service job if you don't know what customer service is. STAY away from this store. I wonder if they check yelp because everyone else seems to feel the same way.
