  • I went to get my nails done by Kim who seemed to do a nice stiletto nail by the pictures on yelp. She was rude from the start and acted like she didn't want to do my nails the entire time. I let her know this was my first time getting stiletto nails and that I didn't want an too much of a dramatic shape. She roughly filed my nails and literally scowled the whole time. My nail shape came out nothing like the 3 pictures or mannequin hand I showed her and she did a terrible job painting my nails. They are already messed up and I will have to go get them redone. I should have known by her rude attitude, the crusty nail polish bottles, and all the empty chairs that this was going to be a bad experience. I will never be back.
