  • FIVE STAR HOTEL BUT BUDGET SERVICE In the hospitality industry, service is number one. If you stay at five star resort style hotel, you expect five star service. NOT HERE. It felt like I was staying at MOTEL 6. Like most resort hotels on the strip, you pay a daily resort fee which includes use of the pool. I was surprised to learn the resort fee only allows admission to certain areas of the pool. You have to pay to enjoy other areas. It was so segregated. I have a little one and the small pool was off limits unless you pay to be in that area. The plus is NO GAMBLING in the hotel. Although this place is newer compared to others, the furniture is starting to look worn down. One word of advice have locks on your luggage. The guys who take your bags to your room will go through them. We lost an iphone 6 phone charger. FYI. It was cool VALET was free. Overall it was so-so. We came to celebrate our wedding anniversary, thank GOD for liquor otherwise staying here would've been hell. And I don't drink.
