  • Do NOT trust these people with your money! We are in the process of transferring out of these apartments to their sister property and absolutely no one knows what their talking about in regards to our account. Aside from Melissa, no one has any sort of accountability. Ovation needs to do an overhaul at this property and properly coach the manager and the leasing agents on how to do their job, and how to handle their tenants. If you do however choose to move in make sure you say hi to the transients that dig through the trash in broad daylight! Oh yeah and don't rely on them to follow up with you on any issues, you'll have to do that part of their job for them. Good luck getting someone to answer the phone.
