  • Purchased a Christmas gift for my 2 nephews for Potted Potter on January 2nd, at 2:00. Confirmed with the theatre there were the times. However, the theatre printed the tickets for January 3rd and would not let them go into the theatre on the 2nd....eventhough they had driven all the way downtown from up north. I called Mirvish productions and Ticketking. They said that because I had purchased this on a discount I would now have to pay an extra $50 or so for them to honour the tickets. I have been going to the theatre for over 45 years and have NEVER had this happen to me.
