  • The ice cream is great, but the snotty girl behind the counter ruined the experience. I ordered 3 different cups for myself and my family, and she handed me a flavor that I didn't order. I politely told her that wasn't the one I ordered, and the correct flavor, and she then gave me a dirty look, argued with her coworker who had been working the register, and begrudgingly went and scooped the right flavor. She then tossed the cup at me in annoyance, and it was WAY underscooped compared to the scoop my niece and husband each got. She needs to grow up, learn proper customer service, and recognize when she makes a mistake that it is not the fault of the customer. Absolutely despicable.
