  • My family enjoys Mrs. Dentist Joy, but I was scheduled with Mr. Howie. He left me in the chair for 15 minutes. Just gave a quick nod of the head and hello to recognize my sitting there, but offered no further explanation. When I got up and walked out he sent a letter stating he would not be providing me service. Wasn't planning on going back, but he had to make a point of it to my family. Just rude chair side manners.
