  • How does one say they are a *fan* of an airport? Especially, when said someone is TERRIFIED of airplanes, and thereby, should despise airports? I don't get it either, but, maybe by the end of this review, I will have an idea. Also, before we begin, why is there a Terminal 1 and a Terminal 3, but no Terminal 2? Is Terminal 2 the parking garage? Do the Canadians not like the number 2? WHY THE CONFUSION!?!? But I digress, I feel like I know this airport. Mainly because of the fact that I had to go through both Terminals, proceeded to wait about 4 hours while my flights keep getting canceled or delayed, and having to go through customs and baggage check TWICE because we thought it was a good idea to bring a checked bag ::face palm:: Pearson is definitely a cleaner airport, which is nice. I didn't feel like throwing up while in the bathrooms (I'm looking at you Logan). They have duty free shops, which is nice. Pearson also helped me learn a little French (I learned what cancel means right quick). There are places to watch the planes take-off and land (if that's your kind of thing, it's definitely NOT mine) and yet again the people are way nicer than at Logan. So yeah, I guess I am a fan, if an airport leaves you not wanting to kill yourself and almost everyone around you, then I guess that means you are a fan. Or something like that.
