  • This place has AWFUL customer service. Their whole demeanor was that they didn't want us here. We got in the text queue for a table, and they said they would text us. We went for a little walk, and when we returned, 5 min before our estimated wait time was up, they had clearly sat a brand new table (they all had menus and fresh water). Though I was really polite when I pointed it out to the hostess, she played dumb that she had no knowledge of it. At no point did they offer us to wait at the bar or really feel that they wanted any customers. Finally, after another 20 minutes, we finally gave up waiting, largely because we felt so unwelcome. Then the second we said we'd go somewhere else, before I'd even gone 5 feet, I had a text that I had been removed from the list. The owner called me five minutes later to let me know they now had a table, claiming that they hadn't seated anyone despite what I'd seen, and he wanted to change my mind. But he was far from apologetic and I still didn't feel like he actually wanted us to come back.
