  • Sales nor service group has been upstanding in practices or customer service. Sales was horrible and the Allstate guy there never switch my insurance to my new vehicle as he said he would which caused a ton of issues for me. In addition, did not ask for my title at the time I purchased my Highlander and then asked me to come back to bring it to them. Initial sales guy was horrible and so I asked for a new salesperson to work with. He quit by the time I purchased my car so was "working" with the sales guy I did not care for. The whole process was a nightmare and made me regret buying a Toyota!!! Service is not much better!!!
