  • I went here for a package that I found. It included a 60 minute massage, a facial, eye mask, eye brow shaping and mani pedi. it's called head to toe restoration which is on their website. I arrived and the place was quite busy. Parking is hard to find in that plaza! I started with the massage which was great. Can't recall the lady's name but she did a great job. I then had the facial, which is a complete waste of time. They wash your face, but they apparently do not remove eye makeup even when they do the eye mask?!?! anyway they rubbed some lotion on your face, put on a clay mask, and come back when it is dry. Then it was over this is what they call the facial. They also put 2 small cotton pads on my eyes while the mask was drying, this is what they call the eye mask! She then PLUCKED my eyebrows in dark (same room as massage). she only plucked out a few from each side and that is your eyebrow shaping! The mani pedi was nothing special, small selection on colours. One thing I found strange was that the staff kept on leaving and then coming back. At one point when my nails were drying I was the only person in the salon! All the staff had left. I then had to call the number for the salon and one of the girls came back in. WTF? i don't know if maybe they live in the area and go home but it is unacceptable to just leave the salon like that. please don't waste your time or money on this place.
