  • I came here on my first stop for trying on wedding gowns and I was not disappointed. Kacey was absolutely amazing, she was so helpful and patient letting me take time in each of the dresses. She had my back when my mom and sister tried to push me into dresses I didn't like and was super knowledgeable. Without her I would probably have purchased a dress I didn't love! I went to a second bridal store after Schaffers, only to come back and purchase my dress from Kacey later that evening. The best customer service, hands down.
