  • When I called to make an appointment for my mom and I, the lady who I spoke with was not only kind but wanted to help and laughed with me on the phone! Recently customer service from places I have been has not been anything special, but this lady (I don't remember her name :( ) was so kind, so willing to help and demonstrated incredible customer service! Its the little things that make a company worthwhile and she definitely makes massage envy worthwhile. (i called at 11 AM on 11/18). When my mom and I went in for our massage, we were treated with nothing but respect. Great place and great people
