  • Ok, had a bad experience that the owner completely turned around. Ordered online and their supplier shorted them on a model that they sold out (even though it showed in stock). Owner called me after he found out and totally made good on it. Couldn't get that model so offered a better one for same price. I had a choice to go with 2 other national chains but chose these guys because I prefer to support local business. Now I am glad did. He could have told me so sorry and gave a refund like a chain would have but totally came through and made right. I would definitely use again and recommend.
