I love the food here. I've had my graduation party here. We go here all the time.
My mother wanted to go here specifically for the sea bass they were offering for a special Mother's Day menu she was emailed by the restaurant themselves. So we made a reservation. We arrived. And no sea bass.
The prix fixe menu was only for lunch, they said. Yet no where in the email did it specify times.
"We couldn't tell people NOT to order the sea bass to save it for dinner," the manager said with a condescending tone. Yet he offered no consolation.
I understand that you can run out of popular items on a busy day such as today, but as a manager you need to own up to your restaurant's mistakes and not pass it off ("that was our marketing team...").
