  • Ordered over $100 worth online for the 2 day and priority shipping. After waiting a few days I contacted them and they said it had already shipped and to wait until the next day for the tracking number to update. I did this on 3 separate occasions on 3 different days and was told the same thing. It wasn't until I asked them to check that they figured nothing was sent and told me it would be sent out by the end of the day, which was also not the case it took them another 3 business days to send out. They finally shipped it out over a week past my purchase date. It would have been much better had they been upfront with me in the beginning. Pros: Fast response Cheap prices Cons: Poor communication
