  • I didn't order service from them but I did ask about embroidering one of my dog's cooling vests for the summer. I told them that she was a service dog and their first response was: "We'd like to have some kind of documentation to show that she's a service dog-maybe a test score or a prescription? I hope you understand." I was very happy that they required that. There are a lot of "fake" service dogs that behave poorly in public, and I'm glad that this shop is trying to discourage them from popping up.
