  • I have been in the market for a replacement bike and have shopped almost every bike shop within 30 miles. I decided to purchase at Performance Bike based on two factors. 1) Store manager Lance (I believe he's the store manager?). His customer service was non-paralleled. He went out of his way to listen to my particular nuances and assure me that he could find the right bike for me. Even though I had to wait a bit, because they were quite busy, it was worth my time. Lance dealt with me sincerely, kindly and with a vast amount of honest, professional knowledge. He did not belittle other's products but rather stated why he thought the choices he had would be best for me at the price point I could afford. He guaranteed outstanding customer service and based on how he treated me, I am confident that is what I will get at this shop. 2) Lance went out of his way to get me a great deal on a closeout bike, so I was able to get what I really wanted at the price I could afford. I am excited to pick my bike up later today and begin riding it tomorrow morning! Thank you for employing such a quality representative as Lance.
