  • The spa was AMAZING. Hotel was not. The beds might as well have been made of concrete. We actually joked that they were worse than prison beds but came to the conclusion that prison at least gives you a pillow topper. Hyatt does not. We visited the adult only pool hoping to not play the usual public pool game of "Spot the Used BandAid".....sadly it did not take long. For the price and the hype, this place sucks. Only saving grace was the wonderful spa.
