  • This place is seriously right around the corner from my parents! Walked in and was greeted, unfortunately I did not get her name. We then proceeded to shop, noticing a ton of sale items and mark downs throughout the store. Kyle at the register helped us out. He began with a nice simple greeting, asked if we found everything we needed, and ended with if we wanted ice. (if you don't know me, I always forget the ice and have to go back in the store). The curtsey clerk was German and he also asked if we needed help out! They excelled with great customer service for sure. Unfortunately we noticed our savings were not taken off so we went back in and talked to the money services. Barbara helped us with a smile on her face. She knew what she was doing! She even put points on our card! I was completely happy with the customer service here and will be back. I love fry's brand fried pork skins!! So good, and they have 3 flavors! Also side note Karen talked us into preparing for our next fry's trip! She told us to use the scan and go and to save 5 bucks when you spend 35 or more using the new tool! We will take advantage of that soon!
