rev:text	WARNING, DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! Bad management company! This is related to a condo that i rented for a more than a couple of years 14 years ago, but never forgot the negative experience. I am glad to be able to get it off my chest now. We were having problems with the air conditioner not cooling the house due to an air leak in the system somewhere (my roommate was an A/C tech) and they sent some inexperienced kid who just said that the filter was dirty, although it was still good and we had the problem even with a brand new one. We had to pay for the visit and still lived in a hot house. During our lease term, there were several items that broke no fault to us, and I repaired or replaced them myself due to slow response and to avoid the same situation. At move out, despite all the cleaning performed, we were charged for carpet that was beyond its life span and left in even better shape. We were nickeled and dimed to death for items with normal wear and tear, or in the same condition than when we moved-in. I am a real estate agent and would know those things. Needless to say that they kept our security deposit minus $50. I unfortunately did not have time to fight it and take them to small claims as i would recommend to anyone in this situation. Telephone interactions with them was borderline rude like we were bothering them despite always paying our rent on time. This was such a bad experience that i wonder if the positive reviews are flukes or solicited. Glad for Google Reviews and Yelp to let others know. You have been warned!
