After buying and servicing three Lexus at this dealership with great customer service I discovered that Lexus of Las Vegas has changed dramatically. What once was a place that met you with very nice and friendly employees to now one that made me think the employees were in a prison camp! My experience started upon arrival at the service entry. Nobody showed up for 5 min. Went inside and one guy was playing on his computer and ignored me. The other guy was with a customer. Another car arrived after mine and a service guy waited on the car behind me. Asked the guy inside if I could get my car checked in and he said I needed to wait outside with my car (in the wind and cold!). The outside service guy finally came to my car and acted as though I was bothering him! No hello, no eye contact just "drivers license and insurance"! He told me to wait in the waiting lounge. During the wait I had the Lexus store guy replace my remote battery. Again no eye contact, no hello, no how can I help you. Honestly I see better customer service at discount stores. He laid down the receipt and when I walked away he yelled at me and said the green copy was his. The place was like a deserted zombie land (9am on Saturday). No managers to pass on my experience. None of the employees that I have known over the years are there anymore. It is obvious that LLV has cut corners to make a buck and the employees hate their jobs. The service was sub par for a discount dealership. For a Lexus dealership it is unbelievable
Reading the "business owners" response below and on other reviews the customer is wrong and lies! Now I see why the culture has changed so much as ownership from the senior management is lacking. Just a blame game. After I take this up with Lexus I can assure you that although I will buy another Lexus it won't be at this dealership
