  • We visited Harp for the first time tonight and we enjoyed it. It is a Wednesday so, it was pretty quiet. My wife had a burger and we thought is was OK at best. It tasted almost like ti was precooked and reheated. I had the shepherd's pie and it was very good. The service was good; the value was ok. We will likely try it again at another time.
