  • BEWARE!!!!!! Not once, but TWICE this place has screwed us up. Last year, same time, RESERVED a trailer and when we got there, they didn't have it. Ran around trying to find a trailer from other sources. This year, RESERVED and ORDERED a hitch to be installed. I received two emails confirming it, then another one the day before installation saying "we are confirming your installation on...." Different date, in which we aren't even go to be here. I never made that change, AND then proceed to tell me that they sold my hitch that I ORDERED and RESERVED a week ago and sold it to someone else that ordered it after I did. NEVER again will I deal with this Uhaul location. Twice you did us wrong. GET your communication and reservations straight! You are much better going elsewhere!
