| - While on a business trip, our 2009 Traverse broke down on the south side of Charlotte. The closest repair shop just happened to have a tow truck, and ended up taking it to Steve Moore's Service department because the computer in our car was giving them so many random codes that they couldn't diagnose. The problem with the car ended up being a warranty issue, and Jim in service took expeditious care in repairing the car, and not causing us any further frustrations! We had to rent a car and leave ours with the dealer to return home. The staff at Steve Moore were very patient with me in getting the vehicle repaired, and trying to coordinate returning the car back to our home town. Carolsue (C.S.) who is Steve Moore's Customer Experience Manager, went out of her way to make sure that I was accommodated, even though we needed the car transported out of state. Scott, the service manager, Clem the sales manager, and I'm pretty sure half of the staff in the back working on my car... THANK YOU, THANK YOU, A HUNDRED TIMES THANK YOU!!
I work in customer service myself, and at the end of the day, these guys know exactly how to satisfy! They listened to my concerns, took action, and what could have been an expensive, and loyalty busting problem situation, ended up being an experience that makes me want to drive to another state to have my oil changed!
