rev:text	Consistency is Key and service here isn't as consistent as I would like. I spend a lot of time in this crappy airport (CLT) and when I get to the airport whether solo or with my family early enough we like to have a healthy light something before boarding the plane. This place is located just pass Security CheckPoint A, I usually end up going through CheckPoint B (TSA Pre ONly) or D (TSA pre option). The first couple times I came here I was not happy the smoothie was sucky and overly sweet even though I asked for no artificial sweetners. We started to just go to Jamba Juice close between C and D. Recently on a flight out I was in a hurry and my gate was B so I stopped in and vowed to try something other than a smoothie and I did. I got the 24 Karat Kale which they juice fresh and you can watch through a glass window. It is bottled in a nice 24oz bottle which seals it tightly for freshness. The manager on duty that day was A-MAZING he was so welcoming and friendly. I really appreciated his attitude and professional courtesy while taking care of customers and welcoming customers as they enter. Today visit 1/23/17 was not that pleasant the cashiers were talking among themselves and oblivious to the customer standing there. Once they noticed a customer they still continued to mingle and never ONCE said Hello, can I help you. Instead I had to stand there and stare and say "Can I place a order" basically me begging to spend my money which isn't the norm or custom practice for a business of such. I then asked about oatmeal and was told Yes we have oatmeal, I asked about toppings and if there was as section on the menu I couldn't see and she just said NO what topping you want. I just ordered in aggravation my 24 Karat Kale and a small oatmeal with bananas. I heard her go whisper to the other cashier "I never made that before can you do it"? Thank God because I wouldn't want a person with no experience make me something that isn't tasty. I MAY stop back through on a Whim but more than likely I'll wait until I get to my destination because both this place and Jamba Juice staff are Hit or Miss.
