  • An inviting, clean, FUN store with a huge selection of everything, including single serving bottles of all sorts of hard ciders. What really sets this store apart, however, is its customer service. I went in on Christmas Eve to buy a wide selection of single-bottle ciders and ales. Looking at my receipt on Christmas Day, I noticed that two of the items I bought had scanned in at the wrong price. I used the survey option on my receipt to complain about the error. I was shocked--in a positive way--to get a personalized response from the store manager, via email, the same afternoon, despite the fact that the store was closed because it was Christmas Day. By the time the store had reopened the next morning, the day after Christmas, I had gotten email responses from two additional Total Wine staff people, and I was able to correct the error via email that very morning. I was floored by the care and professionalism with which Total Wine is managed. It is rare--and welcome--to be so highly valued as a customer. I recommend this store unequivocally.
