  • I bought a used car here over a year ago. The salesman was completely incompetent. I had to fill out all of the paperwork that he was supposed to fill out because he had a cast on his arm from getting into a bar fight. He made me many promises that did not come true. He put in writing that they would change the coils on my car. I took the car in to get the coils changed. Gave me a loaner but forgot to turn the timer off on the car. It shut down about 10 miles from the dealership and I was stranded. They did not change the coils in the car although they told me that they did. They only changed the plugs and motor mounts. The service department will not stand behind the salesman's promise. Even though it is in writing. I bought the maintenance agreement to have my car maintained at this dealership. When I went for my first oil change they told me they don't work on Mazdas there even though that is where I purchased the car and the maintenance agreement. He told me to go pay for an oil change at the Mazda dealership. I sent three emails to the manager asking to have my oil change scheduled. Never received any reply at all from anyone. I needed a piece replaced on my steering column. They told me to go to the Mazda dealership and that the piece was eight dollars. I went to the Mazda dealership since they would not replace the part for me. Mazda dealership informed me that the part is over $100. Now I need coils in my car and I assumed they were under warranty from when they were supposed to have been changed when I bought the car. They informed me they were never changed and it's my problem not theirs. Run away from this dealership do not walk!!! I have been here on about eight different occasions and every single time I was met with dishonesty and incompetence. Every experience I've had with them has been absolutely miserable! This is the worst experience I've ever had at any dealership in any state at any time ever.
