  • I have worked with the Gluch group on five separate transactions in the past four years. They have expanded in a good way over that time to offer even better service. In particular they recently assisted both with selling an investment property, and finding a new home for myself. For the property that was sold, the listing photos taken were amazing, the property received an acceptable offer and closed below average time on market. The coordination between everyone was also seamless. While I've recently worked with Brad and Justin, the other team members provided friendly and timely service, ensuring I felt respected and valued. Every email was returned promptly with a quality response. Every transaction with the Gluch group has gone smoothly, they are a professional organization dedicated to keeping clients happy in order to see repeat and referral business. In buying a house, they kept on top of everything, ensured the closing went smoothly, assisted in getting the property at a fair price, and worked with my preferred companies for lender and insurance. The attention to detail they have is great. I look forward to working with them in the future.
